How to Add the Gateway?

When adding the gateway, it is important to note that once the gateway is successfully connected to the lock, it should not be moved. The ideal distance between the gateway and the locks is within 32ft.

Here are the steps to add the gateway:

1. Turn on the WiFi on your smartphone and connect it to a WiFi network (Only 2.4ghz supported).
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, log in to the TTLock account, enter TTLock, click on the Upper Left corner, click Gateway, click “+”, and choose the Gateway Type: G2 Wi-Fi.
3. Follow the tips to reconnect the power for the Gateway. After the indicator light on the gateway flashes red and blue, click Next. The App will automatically search for the gateway. Click "+" and select the WiFi network and input the WiFi password. Make sure the WiFi network is the same as the one your smartphone connected to in the first step. Enter the gateway name and click OK.
4. If it doesn't work, plug in both the gateway and the lock and wait for 10 minutes to check if they are connected.

Easy Setup

With just 3 simple steps, the G2 WiFi Gateway can be paired and connected with your smart door lock. You can control the smart door lock from anywhere via the TTLock App. The indicator light shows the working status at any time, with a blue light indicating the working mode and a red light indicating network failure.

Application & Precautions

It's important to keep in mind that the distance between the gateway and the smart door lock should not exceed 32ft (10m), as this could affect the connectivity of the gateway. Additionally, ensure that the gateway and smartphone are connected to the same WiFi network when pairing the gateway.
