Step 1: The gateway needs to be close to the lock, router, and the phone. Step 2: Open the "TTLock" app and click on the top left corner, then select "Gateway". Next, click "+" and select G2 (Wi-Fi), plug the gateway into the power outlet, and click "Next" when the red and blue lights are blinking alternately. Select Wi-Fi and enter the Wi-Fi password. Step 3: Check whether the gateway indicator is in normal connection status. If it's not connected, the red and blue lights will flash alternately. If it is connected, the blue lights will flash. If the blue light is on but the lock is not connected, you can unplug the gateway and reconnect it. Step 4: The mobile phone and gateway should connect with the same Wi-Fi when pairing. Step 5: Turn on the remote unlock function on the Lock app before you use it by going to Settings > Remote Unlock > Turn On.
To pair with Alexa: Step 1: Log in to your Alexa app and select "Skills and games". Step 2: Search for "Lock". Step 3: Enter your TTLock account and password, then click "authorize". Add "+1" before your TTLock account. Step 4: Once the lock has been successfully linked, click "Devices" and then "your lock". Click the setting icon on the upper right corner. Step 5: Turn on "Unlock by app" and "Unlock by voice".
The Snobos gateway is compatible with smart door locks and other smart devices that support the TTLock app. The G2 gateway is connected to the Smart Life App to realize remote unlocking or locking, not limited by the Bluetooth lock/unlock distance. It supports sharing, modifying, and deleting E-keys anytime, anywhere and allows for real-time monitoring of door status and lock/unlock activity logs.
The TTLock gateway also works with Alexa and Google Assistant for voice-controlled door opening, and one gateway can be paired with multiple smart locks.
Setting up this smart lock gateway is easy, with just 3 simple steps to pair and connect with the smart door lock within 2 minutes, and it can be controlled anywhere via the TTLock app. When pairing the gateway, your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
It's important to note that only use the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, and the distance between locks and gateway should be 10 feet or less for a strong connection. The distance between the gateway and the smart door lock should not exceed 32 feet (10 meters) to avoid affecting the connectivity of the gateway.
