1. Why doesn't the gateway work with my lock? When the gateway is paired with the lock successfully, please enable the remote function in the settings. Setting method: Settings--Remote Unlock--ON.

2. Is it compatible with 5G? No, it's only compatible with 2.4G Wifi.

Compatibility: Veise G2 Wifi gateway is compatible with smart locks using DD lock App/TT Lock App, and one gateway can be paired with multiple door locks of the same account. (Note: Other APPs are not compatible)

Remote control: The gateway is connected to the DD lock App or TT Lock App smart lock, allowing you to realize remote control, check the status of the door lock in real-time, and remotely set custom passwords and other remote functions.

Voice control: After the gateway is paired with the smart lock, it is compatible with Alexa and Google voice assistants for voice intelligent control.

Tips: A 2.4G Wifi network is required for pairing. To ensure a stable connection between the G2 gateway and the door lock, the distance between the gateway and the door lock should be within 32 ft. When adding the gateway, your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
