Product Description The G2 WiFi Gateway is designed to work with your smart door lock, providing voice, remote, and automatic control capabilities. This compact device, with dimensions of 70mm x 70mm x 26mm, operates on the WiFi 2.4G network and follows the IEEE standard 802.11 b/g/n. It is powered by a Type-C USB interface with a power input of 5V/500mA.
When pairing the gateway with your smartphone and smart door lock, ensure that they are all positioned as close as possible for quick and successful pairing. The gateway should be no more than 32 feet (10 meters) away from the smart door lock for optimal connectivity.
The indicator light on the gateway provides important information about the pairing process, so be sure to pay attention to its blinking pattern. If the USB connection of the gateway is disconnected and reconnected, it may take 1-2 minutes for the system to automatically reestablish the connection and complete the pairing process.
The G2 Gateway is compatible with smart locks that can be controlled by the DD Lock App and is suitable for all smart locks manufactured by Zowill. There is no limit to the number of door locks that can be connected to the gateway. The gateway also features remote control capabilities, allowing you to unlock your door from anywhere, share, modify, and delete e-keys, and receive real-time monitoring of door status, battery life, and unlock activity logs through the DD Lock App.
Additionally, the G2 Gateway is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, providing voice control for your smart door locks. It can pair with multiple smart door locks without any restriction (Alexa not included).
