How many passcodes and fingerprints can the SMONET Smart Lock store?

The SMONET Smart Lock can store up to 300 different passcodes and 250 fingerprints.

How long does the battery last? How to unlock the Smart Deadbolt Lock when the battery dies?

The battery lasts roughly 12 months (One Year) depending on usage (10 times unlocked through keypad or app). You'll get a notification when the battery is low. If the battery dies, you can power it up via the port on the bottom of the exterior lock.

What temperatures can the SMONET Smart Lock handle?

The exterior assembly can handle temperatures within the range of -22℉ to 158℉ (-30℃ to 70℃). It is not recommended to use the Smart Lock outside of these conditions.

What are the requirements for installation?

Please check the Compatibility infographic above for specific requirements. The dimensions required are: Crossbore center to the top of the handleset greater than 40 mm; Door thickness: 38 mm-48 mm. It is NOT compatible with Mortise Lock.

How many ways can be used to unlock the SMONET Smart Lock?

There are 7 ways to unlock your door - APP, Keypad, Fingerprint, iWatch, Voice Control, IC Fob, and Mechanical Keys. When paired with the SMONET WiFi Gateway, the device user can remotely control the smart door lock from anywhere and anytime, set up codes remotely, and check the real-time access log.
