The gateway is compatible with smart locks that can be controlled by the DD Lock App and is suitable for all smart locks manufactured by Zowill.

To ensure optimal connectivity, a 2.4G Wifi network is required for pairing. It is recommended to place the gateway no more than 32 ft (10 meters) from the smart door lock when connected. Please note that when adding a gateway, your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
