What type of door is this door knob suitable for? The smart door knob is suitable for wooden or steel doors with a thickness of 34-55 mm.
App couldn't find my door lock, what should I do? Please ensure the batteries are installed in the door knob, then reset the lock by pressing the setting button on the interior knob. You will hear a voice prompt “Please add Bluetooth Administrator“, then connect to the APP via Bluetooth.
How can I manually lock (without the app) from the inside? You can turn on privacy mode, in which only the administrator's fingerprint can open the lock. This can be done by following steps: ON: Under locking state, long press the reset button for 2s. OFF: Shortly press the button to turn it off.
How can I remotely unlock it? Do I need a gateway device to use this lock? The door lock allows you to control your door when there is no gateway. If you are not at home, you will need to purchase a tuya smart gateway for remote control.
How do I keep the door unlocked? In the unlocked state, long press the reset button for 2 seconds or turn off the auto lock function in the APP. (Tip: Reset button on interior door knob)
